  5. Prize Drawing

On December 9, 2025, Sponsor will select potential winners for the Prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received.

  6. Prizes

Two prizes will be awarded, each with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $350.00. The Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No prize substitutions, exchanges, or cash equivalents will be permitted by the prize winners, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if deemed necessary by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Subject to sufficient eligible entries, the Prizes will be awarded. All federal, state and local taxes, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winners are also responsible for all fees, surcharges, and expenses not mentioned in these Official Rules and associated with acceptance, award, enjoyment, and/or use of the Prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for winner limitations that prevent acceptance or use of the Prizes.

  7. Notification of Winners and Prize Delivery

Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winners via telephone or email on or about December 10, 2025. The phone number and/or email address on the Entry will be used to contact the respective winners. In the event the phone number or email address on an Entry is invalid, illegible or is not that of the winner, or if the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award a Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the Prize will remain un-awarded. The potential prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the Prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period, or the Prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the Prize. If a potential winner is at least 18 but still considered a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, Sponsor reserves the right to award the Prize in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Compliance on the potential winner’s behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on winner set forth herein. The potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. The Prize will be fulfilled approximately 3-4 weeks after the conclusion of the Contest. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, or mishandled shipments or failure of delivery for any reason. The Prize will be sent to the address listed on the Entries. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect addresses listed on the Entry.
